Joe Patton Academy Camp (JPAC)
Creating memorable summers for special needs children and their siblings
SNN serves hundreds of special needs children and their typical siblings every summer, at Joe Patton Academy Camp (Camp JPAC) — a safe, joyful, nurturing environment which is the only free camps in the county.
This unique camp experience includes a full academic enrichment program along with sports, and art activities. Campers relish the experiences made and enjoy an atmosphere of acceptance and inclusion. The Talent Showcase and the friendships forged bring these kids back year after year. Past activities have included California Science Center Behind-the-Scenes tours, basketball training camp with the Los Angeles Sparks, and Wellness workouts with our Coach CJ. Our community partners provide free mobile vision and dental services on site and fresh, healthy meals are served daily.
With an impressive 3 to 1 adult-to-student ratio, Camp JPAC offers a unique summer inclusion camp for special needs children and their siblings. The camp provides hundreds of children and young teens (ages 5 to 16) with a full-day summer enrichment program that includes a STEAM academic program.
