C.O.R.E Workforce Grant
Creating a professional pipeline for clinicians of color
SNN is creating a pipeline where highly trained clinicians from communities of color serve populations that mirror who they are and their lived experiences. Creating Opportunities and Resources for Equity in Early Intervention (C.O.R.E.) supports the growth of BIPOC clinicians while allowing them the opportunity to give back to communities that too often lack adequate access to behavioral health.
CORE fellows receive best-in-class training, benefits, and support including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training and certification, professional subject matter and leadership training, and a paid training stipend. Once trained, C.O.R.E. fellows are connected with agencies that provide early services for children 0 to 3 with developmental disabilities in communities of color.
Contact C.O.R.E. recruiter Maryver at email@example.com / 323.949.6738 to help get you started.
We are looking for 40 ambitious individuals to become C.O.R.E. Fellows. Receive FREE cutting-edge, culturally sensitive and anti-bias training for early intervention providers. C.O.R.E. is here to help you discover your PASSION, your POWER and your PURPOSE.
