Building an Inclusive LA
A Private Leadership Convening
On April 4, during Autism Awareness & Acceptance Month, Special Needs Network will host Building an Inclusive LA, an invitation-only convening of senior corporate, philanthropic, and civic leaders.
This closed-door gathering will focus on advancing neurodiversity workforce inclusion and aligning cross-sector leadership around equitable economic participation in Los Angeles.
As the region prepares for major global events in 2026 and 2028, this convening will examine how inclusive workforce strategies can ensure individuals with autism and other disabilities are meaningfully integrated into the economic growth these events will generate.
Discussion priorities include:
- Expanding inclusive workforce pipelines
- Aligning employers with inclusive hiring commitments
- Leveraging global events to drive local opportunity
- Advancing measurable equity outcomes
Building an Inclusive LA reflects SNN’s commitment to ensuring that neurodiversity inclusion is not symbolic — but structural and economically integrated.
This is a private, incitation-only convening.
