Centers Offering FEMA, SBA, and Financial Resource Assistance

In the wake of recent disasters, many individuals and families are struggling to access the resources they need to recover and rebuild. To address this urgent need, the Los Angeles Urban League, Martin & Martin LLP, Loyola University Law School Anti-Racism Center, and the She Ready Foundation are partnering to host a series of Assistance Centers. These events will provide hands-on support to help participants apply for FEMA assistance, SBA loans, and other essential financial recovery programs.

“Far too often, communities of color and low-income families are left behind when disaster strikes, struggling to access resources and rebuild their lives. These Assistance Centers are about leveling the playing field and ensuring everyone has the tools and support they need to recover,” said Areva Martin, President of the Special Needs Network and advocate for equity and inclusion.
