Back to School Health + Resource Fair

This annual back-to-school event brings together thousands of neurotypical and neurodiverse participants and their family members for a day of healthcare, education, and fun. More than 50 health, educational, and community-based organizations provide medical and dental services, health screenings, health and wellness activities, and resources along with emphasis on special needs resources to participants. Families enjoy a hot and healthy meal with live entertainment and celebrity guests as students are provided with free backpacks, school supplies and lots of momentum for a successful school year. 

Special Activities have included:

+ Haircuts
+ Legal clinic
+ Raffle with iPads and laptops
+ Petting zoo, pony rides, rock climbing, arts and crafts, and other interactive games for all abilities  

The Back to School Health & Resource Fair normally takes place in the last week of August.
