Opportunities for Vendors
As a vendor, you have the chance to showcase your commitment to the community. Whether you provide interactive activities for children or prefer to present your educational or service products, this is a unique occasion to connect with over a thousand attendees from families to community leaders and stakeholders.
Vendor Benefits:
- Exemption from booth rental fees for those providing interactive activities ($150 fee if only literature display)
- Enhanced opportunities for making collaborative community partner connections and service exposure
- Multiple media outlet exposure
Set up time is between 8:00 – 9:30am. We will provide a tent, one 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and electricity (with sufficient notification time). You are free to bring additional tables, chairs, and other items to decorate your booth.
