Christmas Care Exchange in the Park

Special Needs Network invites you to participate in the Christmas Care Exchange, our 19th annual community event dedicated to spreading joy and support to families and individuals with special needs. This year’s event promises a heartwarming experience and festive activities for all. This treasured event provides the county’s most vulnerable and often isolated families with an opportunity to connect and celebrate with others. Families receive health-related referrals and resources and enjoy food, music and interactive games.

Location: Leimert Park

• Picture with Santa
• Food Distribution
• Community activity
• DJ & dancing
• Arts & crafts
• Refreshments

We are thrilled to extend this invitation to you, considering your invaluable support during our previous events. 

Opportunities for Vendors:

As a vendor, you have the chance to showcase your commitment to the community. Whether you provide interactive activities for children or prefer to present your educational or service products, this is a unique occasion to connect with over a thousand attendees from families to community leaders and stakeholders.

Vendor Benefits:

• Exemption from booth rental fees for those providing interactive activities ($150 fee if only literature display)
• Enhanced opportunities for making collaborative community partner connections and service exposure
• Multiple media outlet exposure

Set up time is between 8:00 – 9:30am. We will provide a tent, one 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and electricity (with sufficient notification time). You are free to bring additional tables, chairs, and other items to decorate your booth.
