Spirits were high at Sam’s Club in Oxnard as ten families with children on the autism spectrum enjoyed a private party with celebrity guest Kevin Hart picking up the tab for a shopping spree, but he announced he’s boosting his gift per family from $1,000 to $4,500 and presenting a check for $100,000 to Special Needs Network.
